Add a generic method for TriggerWithParameters

The way we call it now is like this.

PlayerMachine.Fire(MoveTrigger, Vector2.Right);

Since we need to rely on this TriggerWithParameters, why not call it directly from him

MoveTrigger.Fire(Vector2.Right);

TriggerWithParameters knows their own type, so they can perform type checking and implicit type conversion when called by themselves.
