Cannot create peripheral service in ionic

Hi, Sir Don. I've followed your tutorials on youtube, Ionic Madison which helped me create the central counterpart of my project in ionic. This time around, I used the peripheral mode which in the end, did not start advertising. So I would like to ask you if it is indeed possible to create the peripheral counterpart in ionic and make the said android device start advertising. If so, can you give me a few tips on how to make it work? Thank you for your Cordova plugins!
