Combine in a food processor until coarsely chopped:
- 1 cup packed basil, stems removed
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted
- 1 clove garlic
Transfer to bowl. Manually fold in:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup parmesean
Season with:
- Salt (about 1/2 teaspoon)
