feat: Add Windows 10 x86 versions

Is your proposal related to a problem?

Windows 10 is the latest version still actively offering x86 arch for Windows Desktop editions by Microsoft, with all milestones including the current and final one, 22H2, and latest monthly builds. Providing support for Windows 10 x86 also contribute in coverage for dockur, which plays the dominant role in supporting who runs Windows in Docker. Windows 10 x86 is certainly critically needed for many users as Windows 10 is still in its active lifecycle and in many cases developers shall test their software in such version and such arch.

Describe the solution you'd like.

Adding win10x86, win10x86ltsc and win10x86ltsb as available options, and supporting all languages which Windows 10 x64 supports.
