Documentation of labs not update to date with content (sql-server part 1)

Hello, I am following the first tuto for sql server : labs/windows/sql-server/part-1.md
It seems that the Dockerfile.builder versionned does not match the process described in the documentation.
I don't have the knowledge necessary to update the lab for the new builder.
