Gray on blue looks dull. Blue on blue looks better.

I tried to spend a half-hour PR'ing this, but it looks like a minor refactor of the dropdown CSS is needed first. Some duplicate classes (disabled vs. is_disabled) should be fixed, alongside some inconsistent styles (targeting the li instead of the a tag).
