I have private samples on T2_BE_IIHE. I can find my dataset in DAS: https://cmsweb.cern.ch/das/request?view=list&limit=150&instance=prod%2Fphys03&input=dataset%3D%2FTTTo2L2Nu*%2Fjusong-TopNanoAODv9*%2FUSER However, files are not shown in the DAS: https://cmsweb.cern.ch/das/request?instance=prod/phys03&input=file+dataset%3D%2FTTTo2L2Nu_TuneCP5_13TeV-powheg-pythia8%2Fjusong-TopNanoAODv9-1-1_2017UL-27efd120551babaabc6bd4b4b90d69e0%2FUSER Also, they are opened by using xrootd. However, I cannot find those files on DAS. If I do "file dataset=/TTTo2L2Nu_TuneCP5_13TeV-powheg-pythia8/jusong-TopNanoAODv9-1-1_2017UL-27efd120551babaabc6bd4b4b90d69e0/USER”, it gives “No results found”, which are still found in T2_BE_IIHE. Can you solve this problem?

You can see your files using this query:
file dataset=/TTTo2L2Nu_TuneCP5_13TeV-powheg-pythia8/jusong-TopNanoAODv9-1-1_2017UL-27efd120551babaabc6bd4b4b90d69e0/USER status=*
I only added status=*. It means that all your files are invalid in DBS for whatever reason, i.e. by default DAS only shows valid files.
status=*
