Stopped working

Hi, I was using the tool to turn around 6 (all 2x2) or so images into maps and it worked well, till I made a 3x3 picture and suddenly all that I add are regular in game maps. I didn't change anything about the naming or did anything different than before. The first 5 maps for the 3x3 worked and then in the middle it stopped and every map imported after also doesn't work.
I can still give myself the old ones, these work fine but I can't make any new ones.

Any help would be appreciated!
