1.18.2 - Only working in singleplayer

I've used this tool many times with no issue, but now only some custom maps work in multiplayer while all of the ones I try work fine in singleplayer. I'm using the same settings everytime I use it so its weird and a little frustrating that it doesn't always work on my server.

Maybe it works if you replace the map file on the server and restart the server?
