I'm seeing a lot of problems even when I use a new installation of 2.1.7 testing under Google Chrome 18, Firefox 12 and IE9...
I've noticed that all the SALT keys are disappearing. I'll store the key only to find out that it's gone.
The php error log only shows a single error as follows:
[07-May-2012 18:54:12] PHP Notice: Undefined index: nb_roles in /var/www/html/teampass/sources/roles.queries.php on line 47
Regarding the installed software I am using the following out of box settings:
CentOS 5.7
Apache 2.2.22 (packaged by CentALT)
PHP 5.3.12 (packaged by Remi with the mycrypt extension loaded)
MySQL 5.5.23 (packaged by Remi)
ANSWER => Very strange ... this session variable is initialized when user getting identified.
If this appears, please reup the files.

I'm able to recreate the initial problems that I reported with IE every single time I upgrade to TeamPass 2.1.7.
Again, the GUI issues (only using IE9) are:
Logout button does not work
Displaying the password still does not work
Copy password or account to clipboard does not work
The icons for deleting/locking account and changing passwords on the users management screen do not work
***
I have a requirement described as follows : "my customers do not have access to root account until they access a protected web site where it
is possible for them to retrieve the root password (only once). The contracts that binds us is automaticaly and legaly broken"
I then had an idea for teampass that might be interesting for a bunch of users :
1/ alerting a role whenever a password entry has been accessed (at least the first time) by email or other means.
2/ automaticaly delete this password entry upon first access

I am running Teampass 2.1.6. After uploading Keepass XML (using IE9) I receive the error "Can't read the file! It must be a KeePass file." I have tried exporting xml file using Keepass 2.16 and 1.09 with the same results.
Apache error.log shows "PHP Notice: Undefined index: user_id in /var/www/includes/libraries/uploadify/uploadify.php on line 48" after each attempt to import.
I have also tried to use Chrome and Firefox but am unable to even upload the file with an "IO Error".

2.1.7 process is still not fully functional.
The IO error is caused by having HTTPS turned on without valid certs.
Once you get past that importing works until the spinning arrow icon appears.
This just sits there forever. Anything I can provide to you to help debug the issue?

But an administrator can backup database an access to it offline.
I recommend logging of backup actions also...
