version 4.0.3

First off, thanks for all your hard work with keeping this alive, I'm truly grateful 🙏

Ever since the last updates I have been getting this ^

Steps:

autostart/launch OldTweetDeck on Windows 11 boot
Chrome web browser has not started yet
The empty bar is there

Workaround:

Close OldTweetDeck
Start Chrome
Launch OldTweetDeck

Space between titlebar and tweet content disappears.

It is a frustrating bug.
