First have the github automate testing working again.
if not, looking to alternative CI tools such as:
- https://www.drupal.org/drupalorg/docs/drupal-ci
- https://www.drupal.org/docs/develop/git/using-gitlab-to-contribute-to-drupal/gitlab-ci
