[Meta] possible changes to live content

Motivation

We receive quite a few suggestions from municipalities regarding live content - the purpose of this issue is to collect everything and prioritize them:

1. Show live content below the editor
2. Indicate when live content (used from other regions) was changed
3. Link to page where live content is from (below the live content selection in the page editor)/show live content and original pages in page tree
4. Allow copying of source code from live content
5. Make live-content visible for non-experienced users (Show information about Live Content to Users without the "Experienced User" permission #3148)

Proposed Solution

Discuss the four different features and once agreed upon, create issues for each one.

Design Requirements

Design requirements will be specified in the different issues.

I openend #3148 recently and it relates to the 1st and 3rd point so I'm just mentioning it here :)

I think the showing it to non-experienced users is maybe one more point we can add here and then I'll start a list in this issue listing all the sub-issues :)
