Q4 OKR

Taking a leaf out of Radical Focus, we are going to try OKRs for InnBib using the napkin approach. We are a little late into October but we would rather try and learn from OKRs through practice than just theory.

OKR

Our first ever OKR (for us to learn from) is:

Objective: Establish the Innsiktsbibliotek as the premier government insight resource (this is a stretch goal) 🧘‍♀️
Key result 1: Increase number of issues (kilde/funn/innsikt) tagged by users from 0 to 5 - 5/10 confidence
Key result 2: Converted UMUX-lite score one band above average for sector* - 5/10 confidence
Key result 3: Increase voluntary contributions from 0 to 5 - 5/10 confidence
