The CLI should support a JSON configuration file, where you can supply all the options for the tokens create command.

It should support specifying the names/options for multiple themes, to avoid having to run the CLI multiple times.

It should use the file designsystemet.config.json in the current directory if it exists, unless --json parameter is used to point to a different file.
