Problem

When a piece of text is both a code block and a link, it is not visually clear that the text is also a clickable link. This can confuse users and lead to a poor user experience, especially for those who rely on visual cues or do not expect code blocks to be interactive.

Expected Behavior

Links that are also presented as code blocks should include a visual indicator to make it clear that they are clickable.

For example:
Adding an underline as the default styling for links.

We'll have a quick review to how easy it is to style this in Storybook, if not, just change it to normal links.
