We need to fix our github action for publishing to npmjs with changesets as it does not seem to work for some weird reason. It works locally when running yarn publish.

This was seemingly fixed by creating a new PAT.

Used "Granular" instead of "Publish" token type.

Token expiration date 01.01.2030.
