Links not marked as read in Feedly #145

When I use CleanLinks with Feedly rss feeds reader [http://www.feedly.com/] I'm able to cleanup the links of many rss feed I follow, however the links aren't marked as read by Feedly when I click on them.

I guess that Feedly gets tricked by CleanLinks and doesn't mark the URL as read.

Any idea how I can solve this issue?
