UniProt sub cellular location data in new protein tab

In GO Cellular Component topology is not captured anymore, like ‘integral component of plasma membrane’ this will be changed to just ‘plasma membrane’.

Uniprot have an automatic pipeline to capture the topology in their subcellular annotation, for example:
