Hi, is there any plans for GitHub releases? Thanks. I could probably help with some GitHub action workflows

I've been doing crates.io releases up until now. I don't see any reason not to do github releases (no one has really requested this), and if that can be automated - so that creating a github release automatically pushes an update crates.io that would be great.
