のように投げると、その路線の運行状況を取得できるようにします。

鉄道コム (ATOM): http://api.tetsudo.com/traffic/atom.xml
- 遅延の詳細は取れない (詳細情報へのURLは取得できるので、自分で飛んで確認してもらう形になる)
Yahoo!路線情報: https://transit.yahoo.co.jp/traininfo/top
- スクレイピングする形になる
- 遅延の詳細を取れる
