User Story or Problem Statement

As the CMS PO and CMS Engineering Lead, I need to understand the scope of work that CMS is currently working on now.

Description or Additional Context

Per Erika:

Hey yall. Do you remember when I shared the mural from VA notify for their scope of work? I would still like to get a work session on the board to complete that. It would be exponentially helpful to OCTO as we look toward the future of this work.

This request is coming from both Erika and Jeff and is not future state, but rather what is happening right now.
