Maven build missing

The documentation refers to a maven package link that does not exist.

Github has a page on publishing Java packages with Maven that may be useful.

There is also a configuration that can be done through Github Actions:

We presently have to build a jar file and upload it to GitHub to make it available to our partners, so this would be helpful.
