It looks like the 1.2.1 configurator doesn't have downloadable packages for macOS. I suspect it's just a case of "haven't gotten that far yet", which is cool, I can understand that. (At $DAYJOB I have to tell people the same thing multiple times a day, so believe me I understand it.)
As a work-around, is there any documentation you can point me to on how to compile the configurator from source, or ... since it looks like like it's just a dozen python scripts, is there any documentation about how to run it that way? i.e. what version of Python, how to set up a virtual environment and what modules to install in it, etc...? I've been programming for a living since 19something, but Python is not one of my normal languages.
