After new ChatMessage is introduced, we should port into Haystack all the work done for Tools in haystack-experimental.

(most of the resources on Tools are collected here: deepset-ai/haystack-experimental#98)

I will track the remaining Chat Generators (to be ported in core-integrations after 2.9.0) in other issues.
