Deprecate 'old emotes' categories logic #73

Context

Right now, we're defaulting to DANCE to support the emotes that we created with the LOOP & SIMPLE categories.
Let's remove that and ignore the creation and so the entity gets created when it's category it's modified to one of the new ones.
