Reward the users with credits and tokens for verifying github repositorties and inviting new members.
Reward them for creating value to the platform.

Summary

We want early contributors to be rewarded with to reward them for contributing to the platform.
Currently the tokens will not hold any value, but later we can convert them to erc20 tokens.
Take a good look at models like free battle passes of fortnite, this is mechanism that works perfectly.
