[UPGRADE] Connections Adding to Profile

Update the design of the current way of adding connections to the profiles. Make sure that the designs are aligned with metronic design.

Current Behavior

The username and ID of linkedin and github are not correct, we need to find an additional call for requesting the right profile links.

Expected Behavior

There should be username and link to the page, so we can connect the github username to the projects.
We also should be able to click on the links of the connections so we can visit their pages.
