Idea Title

Upload documents to projects so people can get more insight in what the project is doing.

Summary

Getting all the documents in the project to showcase it to your stakeholders and audience.

Background and Motivation

Currently you can upload documents and everyone can see them, we want to make sure that we can upload document and convert them to access-based access. Now if I want to establish a team, i need to individual gather all the documents of the team, people that have contributed to the helping uploading products and putting in the ideas.
What if we can upload all the documents in a project, add in google docs links to keep track of it.
once converted to upload, we can see the list of contributors to the documents and can add them in the team.

• connecting google drive to projects
• convert drive documents to IPFS documents including the history of contributions.
• encrypt the documents with lighthouse.storage.
• share the documents with different stakeholders and access levels.

Potential Impact

• better way of proofing the contribution of a project member to the project.
• better way of establishing who is responsible for what.

Implementation Considerations

• large project
• not sure if google drive gives the option of tracking the history of contribution with an api.
• google drive is only on solution people use, what if they are using different tools to build their products.

Alternatives and Enhancements

• adding in more solutions.
