Create a shiny prize draw selector

Low priority I think!

Would be cool to have a dedicated prize draw app rather than using postman.

Perhaps it could be a big wheel with segments for each name as large as the number of entries in the prize draw? We could obfuscate the names until it lands on a winner so it is just the winners names that are shown rather than everyone in the conference.

Would need to still secure it so not any old person can download a list of attendees
