Release improvements to Arbitrage process to production environment once fully tested

There are a number of improvements that have been made to the Arbitrage process, both via the Arbitrage code and via the Curam data pull code, that have not yet been released to production for Sarah's use. Once we have a working test environment in pre-prod, then we need to retest these improvements and deploy them to production.
