[Feature] Stop returning loads of ⠋ Initiating query lines for every MF query

Describe the feature

This is very straight forward. Every time we do a MetricFlow query, we get a response with one or many lines of

⠋ Initiating query…

⠋ Initiating query…

This is not informative and does not benefit anyone. Especially in case of more complex queries where this list alone can be thousands of lines long.
