Hi!

This is an idea which came during a discusission with my last reviewer (Graham) here. The suggested exception info passthrough from libe57format is a useful feature extension for future bugs to come. It is much easier debugging with the additional infos from the libe57format. Especially, the C++ context infos. I tested this in a small PR (#84) after fixing another issue (#80). I hope you may find it usefull.
