Los archivos mencionados ahora pueden ser generados durante la instalación y actualización de Andino (dado datosgobar/portal-andino-theme#280), por lo tanto podemos servirlos usando el webserver directamente.

Evaluar qué cambios son necesarios realizar en portal-andino-theme (ej: modificar el directorio donde el theme escribe los archivos)
