LookML view downstream lineage to Looker Explorer not generated (Datahub 14.1) #11916

Describe the bug
DAtahub is not able to generate lineage between looker views and the related explorer

To Reproduce

  1. the lookML view is defined as below:
    image

  2. then the view is refnied:
    image
    image

  3. finally the view is referenced within the explorer
    image

Expected behavior
that the view vc_earth_retail has lineage with downstream explorer vc_earth_retail

Additional context
datahub version: 14.1 deployed on GKE kubernets

i am attaching the log of the ingestion run for Looker and LookML.
i only filtered the log for the dashboard which have this problem so it is not too big.

LookML-ingestion-debug_mode.log
