Menu improvements

Right now it is a bit difficult for a user to find all the things they might want to find in the menu. I wonder if it would make more sense and be cleaner to always use the mobile view, even on desktop.

Here's an example of this on another website which is a design firm (and it's slick!) https://www.ideo.com/

It would require some tweaking of the CSS so that on desktop it would make more sense (perhaps larger font sizes, to start?)
