The towers are supposed to decrepify and teleport bots to their base but instead they teleport them back to the same tower, so bots are stuck attacking a tower until they are destroyed or you kill them. If anti-rat is enabled or the tower has abilities that degrade attack damage, the bots are permanently stuck in the same area.

I don't know if it works this way but in tower_abilities.lua it seems that "modifier_chen_test_of_faith_teleport" had always been used to teleport bots to their bases but patch 7.20 changed chen's abilities from being able to send ally to base to sending ally to chens position.
