Improvements

  • Add timeouts for everything that uses promise based waiting (wait energy, and wait nonce)
  • Add network status indicator at bottom of the chat page
  • Disable sending message if network not connected
  • Rework wait has energy hook
  • Add timeout and auto connect time for provider
