As a Product Designer, your role is to design intuitive experiences for our suite of iGaming affiliate products, connecting online casino players with the right casinos and deals for them. You will be the champion of the player and the experiences we offer to our users, using data insights to inform the what is created.
Partnering with Product Managers, and collaborating with Content, SEO and Commercial teams, you will ensure we are building experiences that meet users needs and ultimately meet desired outcomes for our Products. You will play a key role in Conversion Rate Optimisation, analysing data to build hypotheses for testing and using those insights to iteratively improve our User Experience.
⏰ This role is a 6 month fixed-term contract.
🌍 This role is fully remote and can be based in one of our entity locations in the UK or Malta.

Have a deep understanding of our business goals and the performance of our Products, and produce Design solutions focused on meetings these goals
Create high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes to effectively communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders
Collaborate with Product Managers, Optimisation Leads and Content Designers to identity opportunities to improve our experiences to influence key performance metrics
Partner with our Product and Content teams in briefing and overseeing third party design partners, providing a yardstick of quality, ensuring design briefs are clear and that work delivered answers that brief
Work closely with Product Managers & Engineers to ensure seamless integration of Design into product development processes
Promote data-led decision making, using data insights to inform your design choices and advocating for testing
Play a key role in driving Conversion Rate Optimisation, using data to build hypotheses that answer specific user problems or capitalise on opportunities for improvement
Stay abreast of UX trends, particularly in competitor and wider industry products to maintain competitive advantage in our experience

Highly collaborative - a clear communicator who can work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders at different levels, finding solutions to move us forward

Experience designing for similar commercially led products, in e-commerce or retail industries (for example)
Pragmatic decision making - working in a lean, iterative way to help maintain pace of delivery and enable rapid test & learn
Experience working with brand & creative functions - translating brand creative into highly useable, fit-for-purpose features
Experience in iGaming would be advantageous, but not essential
Experience working with CMS products and Design Systems

Hutch is looking for an experienced UX Designer to accelerate the growth of our flagship motorsports title - F1 Clash. As UX Designer, you will be responsible for the core user experience for the game, providing players with joyful, engaging, and empowering gameplay experiences that sets them up for success. You’ll work in partnership with game design, product management and UI design to craft new features, iterate the core toy, and ensure our players get the best possible user experience from the moment they download the game. As an experienced designer you’ll be responsible for the leadership of UX design standards, interaction design, and the craft of UX within the F1 Clash team.
Owner of interaction and user flow design standards
Work with product managers and designers to shape features and content
Apply a user-centric approach to feature design and interaction design
Craft Highly intuitive and usable user interfaces, with excellent component selection and design
Translate user research into tangible designs and drive UXR relationship
Act as an authority on design and research - help teams empathise with users and master the design process
Ensure every screen, touch and interaction is rewarding and enjoyable to engage with throughout the game user-flow
Proven commercial experience as an UX/Digital Product Designer, with games experience a bonus
Practical experience working through the entire design process, from Discovery and product definition, to detailed production and launch
Exceptional core UX design skills. Strong familiarity with user design patterns, standards and widely recognised approaches in the design industry
