range slider not working #96

my html
<div range-slider min="0" max="100" model-min="min" model-max="max"></div>

the slider is not working for me,It only displays as a static element on the page,and nothing works.
the button dosen't slides.

if anybody have that same problem, make sure not implemented the angular before jquery - properly should first be jquery
