ChartJS doesn't seem to have native accessibility support chartjs/Chart.js#1976
I was thinking a work around could be having an aria label that can be used to describe what is being represented in the chart.

Perhaps a better solution is to create a table in HTML that is hidden when accessibility is turned off. When its turned off the table is switched in.
