What happens
When I am scrolling my feed, and I see hyperlinks to media (both nostr build and primal) that do not render to media.

Expectation
Images, and media should immediately render.
Observation & commentary
It could be that that there is some "loading" state occuring under the hood. When I wait for a certain period of time, hyperlinks to media convert to images.
