Running pipeline Job On Dagster based on externally invoked Web requests

Hi, guys was wondering if this is possible i did some digging around the documentation but couldn't find any reference to such as a request.

1. Use case User submits a request via a UI async fire forget
2. The backend receives the request & schedules pipeline executions using Dagster
3. Dagster then executes a series of tasks associated with a DAG. a similar concept is available in airflow via https://github.com/teamclairvoyant/airflow-rest-api-plugin

Some thoughts scheduled jobs that listen for incoming requests via an intermediary e.g Redis, though that's additional complexities introduced into the mix
