Context Menu Item is Broken [Faded – Greyed Out]

The "Save Full-size Image As…" context menu item is never accessible. When I place a check on the 'context menu' option in the general settings dialog the aforementioned item appears in the right-click list, but is always inoperative.

• Pressing 's' to save works, but the context option is never able to be clicked. Even when the desired image is capable of showing a larger variation through TZP.
