  • text in orange
{block2, type='note'} boxes should be in a less narrow column

(the above should stretch as far as the rest of the text does)

  • less line spacing within 3rd level headers

various other wasted space and inconsistency issues

@oskasf I hope you can work on this with @lukearundel once he is on board

Inconsistent spacing and inconsistent right margin at times, e.g.,

Make superscript ( blah ) text smaller:

@oskasf Do you think you could try to address some of these using that build in css tool in the Atom editor?

If you can show us how to do it that would be great also!

I'll take a look now. For Atom I use the packages: atom-live-server and csscomb which I find very handy.

The folding boxes and 2nd level headers should be sorted, i've updated tufte_plus.css in Dr-Stuff.
The superscript and sidebar issues may be a bit harder to fix as it's not a case of just editing the styling (as no css tag exists in tufte_plus for either). But i'll have a look at this tomorrow

@lukearundel Could you help me a bit more with formatting and correcting typos and random errors. @oskasf did some good work on improving the formatting, and maybe you could help push forward with this. Oska should be able to help you if you have any confusion about syntax and such. I think we can go through the document And both do copy editing and formatting, as well as picking up or flagging missing references.

If you don't know how to fix something or it is very tedious and you see a problem throughout the document, just note it and I will find a way of doing it in bulk using fancy find/replace stuff.
