If i minimise the app and try to use the intent to open the app again it crashes
is there a solution to fix it

I think this issue can be closed.

Based on the error message:

[FATAL:flutter/fml/raster_thread_merger.cc(48)] Check failed: success. Unable to merge the raster and platform threads.

it appears to be this issue in Flutter upstream:

And that issue was closed by a PR that landed 2021-08.

That's a little before this issue was reported. @rahulps1000 didn't mention what version of Flutter they were using; but if it wasn't either the very latest Flutter that existed at the time, or close to that, then it would have been from before that fix.
