Proposal view for department staff

Provide a view for suggesting books for the Buchaktion.
Allowed: only if department staff
View: suggest book (ISBN) with + so that it is possible to suggest as many as necessary

• field: lecture (should match to TU id)
• button: next
  -> new view: overview of books including names -> button: confirm or change possibility for every book

As a first step in that direction, can someone please ask a person from department staff to login to the live system so that we get the appropriate CAS group?

Got Guido to log in.

BTW, we really need custom error pages. Students from other departments, faculty staff and people with wrongly assigned CAS groups have no idea what's going on when they see the 403 forbidden page.
