At the end there is this log message that doesn't tell much:

Are you using default settings?

Looks like a Debug build of app would be required to dig into this. Are you able to build it from sources with Debug configuration?

WARNING:external_registry_loader_win.cc(232)] Error observing HKLM: 5

Google suggests it may be issue with permissions:

What account are you launching it with and does it have right permissions?

cefclient was not executed with task scheduler either. I sent the log file
debug.log

Then it's an issue with upstream CEF library that we embed.

Go to CEF support forum and ask for solution why running cefclient app doesn't work with Task Scheduler.
