Hangs when using gRPC (cybermon and eventstream-service) #97

Observing 100% CPU and failure to initialise when using gRPC. Both:

cybermon using grpc.lua
evenstream-service

I think it's newer gRPC libraries, and probably upstream cause...
grpc/grpc#21759 and grpc/grpc#21280
