Work out a method to add a policy file or a way to show in compliance / out of compliance via the XML.

Throw a command line switch to a policy file that matches up with nodes from the existing report XML.

Could be as simple as adding an attribute to specific nodes that reflects expected vs. not expected. That says what is good / what is not / what is unknown.
